October, the month of Oktoberfest is coming to us. For all the people who miss the German beer garden in the U.S. or elsewhere, I love to post this easy recipe.
This is so easy to make yet tastes great, especially with beer and pretzels.
What you need:
White, soft cheese such as brie, camembert 8oz
1/2 onion, chopped
Sweet paprika powder 1/2 tsp
Chopped chive (or parsley) 3-4 tbs
How to prepare:
1) place cheese and butter in a bowl.
2) Add all other ingredients except some chive for garnishing, and mix well.
Embarrassingly, I could not find chive at nearby supermarket and used parsley instead.
Serve with pretzels and enjoy with beer. Prost!
