Unlike many other potato salad recipes, this is not oily with mayo nor sugar sweet, rather sour and refreshing yet full of flavor of the potato. This salad is sooooo good with grilled sausages and beer.
This is not a pasta salad, a cold serving pasta dish which can be appreciated as a main in summer.
Squid and calamari are not only for crispy fries and simple Greek style grill. Simmer in tomato, it makes great pasta sauce.
I love American candied yam using a lot of sugar and butter. And I believe many of you who likes it will love Japanese ones, often called Daigaku imo (大学いも) as well.
